By requesting a consultation and opting in, you agree to receive text messages about your inquiry. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply HELP for help, and you can reply STOP at any time to cancel.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Galvanized Operations LLC (“Galvanized Operations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting consult.galvanizedoperations.com, requesting a consultation, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our messaging program.
Galvanized Operations provides paid-advertising and marketing consultation services to businesses. Submitting our form lets you request a free, no-obligation consultation. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of any particular result.
If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our form, you may receive text messages from Galvanized Operations related to the consultation you requested. These include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and service-related updates, which may include occasional promotional follow-ups about the advertising services you inquired about.
You opt in by submitting the consultation request form on our Site and checking the optional box consenting to receive text messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not message individuals from purchased, rented, or third-party lists.
Message frequency varies depending on the status of your consultation request and your interaction with us.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. Galvanized Operations does not charge for the messages themselves; contact your wireless provider for details about your text and data plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through the form. Recognized opt-out keywords include STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user or account holder of the mobile number you provide to opt in to our messaging program.
Your use of the Site and messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You agree not to use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose, including phishing, smishing, social engineering, or any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
